A note from our Founder
As a young adult I suffered from problematic, blemish prone skin, despite using numerous products, it was only when I discovered the power of natural ingredients that I managed to clear my skin.As a qualified pharmacist, over the years I have seen many people seeking out alternative methods to treat their skin. Understanding all too well the impact skin concerns have on your confidence levels, and having found success myself through natural alternatives, I was drawn to developing a brand that offered these same benefits to others.
I began by researching common skin care conditions – acne, hyperpigmentation, ageing and eczema – studying ingredients used traditionally for centuries around the world, to innovative high-tech natural ingredients that have recently gained recognition.
Over time I identified the power of natural plant extracts, and newer biotechnological complexes, that have been shown to be equal to, or in some cases more effective than, traditional gold standard products that contain harsh synthetic ingredients. With a vision for developing a skin care brand that was gentle to your skin, rich in natural scientifically proven ingredients and accessible to others around the world, so Tamaar Skincare was born.
Since launching in 2019, I am proud to share that we have won a number of awards. I believe in ‘inside out beauty’. Having worked for over a decade in the healthcare industry I have met many outstanding professional practitioners – from nutritionists, to lifestyle and mind-set coaches. I would like to share my experience and my knowledge with others through our products, our blogs, through videos and interviews which I will be sharing on our website and our social media channels. Tamaar Skincare was founded by Nav, a qualified pharmacist, to create results-driven skincare products through drawing upon the power of natural ingredients and the technology of modern-day science to address your daily skincare concerns.
Our Experts
Michael has over 30 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. His study of Chinese medicine and Medical Qi Gong enabled him to successfully treat a wide range of conditions including Paralysis, MS, Parkinson’s Disease, Stroke Patients, Arthritis, Eczema, Psoriasis and Children with Special Needs.
His unique approach to therapy has led to him being commissioned to travel in Europe, America and the Far East. Michael worked for Bournemouth Football Club as their physiotherapist and was a member of the GB medical team at the 2010 Para World Cup in Manchester.
